We pride ourselves on our ability to provide you with outstanding service. The educational experience begins from the time you first pick up the phone and speak to one of our front office staff. For much of the day, we provide you with staff who are dedicated to scheduling appointments, answering your questions or triaging those questions to the appropriate source. Our front office is trained to help you with basic billing questions. If your questions relate to a billing statement, they will refer your call to a member of our billing team and you will receive a call back within a reasonable time.
Our back office staff has been specially chosen to literally walk you through the medical process. From greeting you, taking vitals and basic medical information, to providing the kindest and quickest “shots” and blood work, this exceptional crew will become some of your best friends within this practice. If you need help or if the process is not working for you, please do not hesitate to grab one of our outstanding medical assistants to truly provide you with “assistance”.
