Meet Our Staff
Administration:
Chelsea Braden, IT Manager
Chelsea joined our organization in 2000 and has served in almost every conceivable administrative position at Senders Pediatrics. She currently serves as the coordinator for all of our IT activities as well as our Electronic Health Record liaison. Her experience in billing and front office management contribute to her ability to ensure that our IT functions are user friendly and enhance our office productivity.
Hallie Buckey, Office Administrator
Hallie is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our practice and supervising the employees. She is currently working on her MBA at Cleveland State University. Her previous health care experience and outgoing personality make her an effective team leader and a great addition to our staff.
Dyuanna Mebane, Senior Administrative Assistant
Dyuanna has spent most of her professional career working as an Executive Assistant in the fields of government, biomedical research, loss mitigation and manufacturing. While working in the front office, she provided a level of service to all families that would amaze you, and she always welcomed every patient with a warm smile. In her new role of Senior Administrative Assistant, she serves primarily as the facilitator for both Dr. Senders’ and the Practice Administrator’s schedules, and is also directly involved in customer service, human resources and facilities management at Senders Pediatrics.
Billing Department:
Mary Sonnie, Billing Coordinator
Mary brings years of experience in patient and insurance billing in the healthcare field. She is responsible for our billing department and she works with families on any billing question that they may have. Her effective management of the billing department makes her a true leader at Senders Pediatrics.
Bernadine Holmes, Billing Specialist
Bernadine serves as a billing specialist with many years of billing experience working in the healthcare field. She has a great love for people and will patiently investigate and answer all patient billing questions. She is respectful, caring, and is always willing to go the extra mile.
Sandy Lewis, Billing Specialist
Sandy has excellent investigative skills years of medical billing experience. Her warm nature and smile along with her people skills and vast knowledge of billing make her an outstanding Billing Specialist. She has determination and focus that is unwavering. We are proud to have her part of the team at Senders Pediatrics.
Ayelet Weissmann, Billing Specialist
Ayelet is a real asset to our billing department with her dedication and great attention to detail. She also serves as the chair of our Morale Committee. With a background in environmental health, Ayelet has helped make our office at Cedars on the Green, truly “green”.
Medical Assistants:
Marie Davis
Marie has 6 years of experience as a medical assistant. With her signature colorful bandanas, her face lights up when she sees one of our patients and that smile continues throughout her interaction with your children.
Erica Farine
Erica brings a quiet confidence to everything that she does. With a bright smile and a “can do” attitude, she will help make your stay at Senders Pediatrics more enjoyable and relaxing.
Lephia Holmes
Lephia is the type of person you always wanted to care for your children. In fact, she has spent many years in the child care/day care area and we are fortunate that she brings that nurturing character with her each day that she cares for your family.
Ashley Jeffrey
Ashley is one of a kind. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is as genuine as her caring and gentle spirit! You and your child will love her energy and enthusiasm as she works with a smile.
Gina Smith
Gina began her medical career at this office, serving first as a medical assistant extern and then as a full time employee. She is conscientious, caring and she always thinks on her feet. She provides a level of service that will astound and amaze you and is beloved to all with whom she interacts.
Patient Services Representatives:
Susan Cox
Susan has many years of experience working with people of diverse backgrounds. Working in front office positions as well as owning her own small business, makes her uniquely capable of handling all of your concerns both big and small. And her smile will immediately put you and your child at ease.
Taylor Czarzasty
Taylor is a recent college graduate with a BS in Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University. With her customer service background, she is a great addition to our front desk staff. Her warm smile and bright personality make her very approachable in the front office to all patients and parents.
Tomeka Rose
Tomeka has spent her adult life helping people as bank teller, HR assistant and in her prior job, as liaison for economically disadvantaged individuals at the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland. She can help you or she can find a way for someone else to help you with all issues that may arise.
