Amy Speidel, CCDI, DirectorWith Certified Coach, Amy Speidel, parents are guided in looking at the child/parent relationship in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Amy worked in the field of Early Childhood for over 20 years as Teacher, Director, and Parent Educator. She earned the distinction of Teacher of the Year from the Cleveland Association for the Education of Young Children in May, 2000. Amy provides coaching to parents of children ranging in age from infancy to young adulthood. She is a certified coach through the Co-Active Coaches Training Institute. From a practical perspective, she has been a foster, birth, and an adoptive parent. Her passion is to support parents in the incredible journey of raising a child.
As a seminar presenter, Amy Speidel is a Certified Conscious Discipline® Instructor and Loving Guidance Associate. Her experience with Conscious Discipline® began when she started implementing it in her early childhood classroom. As she witnessed a transformation in her teaching and her students, she became a strong advocate for Conscious Discipline®. She aspires to share Conscious Discipline® and other developmentally appropriate supports with parents through practical, user friendly seminars and workshops.
